• After the purchase price is agreed upon and paperwork completed, your Supreme Team professional will handle all the details including: property inspections, property survey, appraisal, homeowners insurance, closing attorney/escrow agent, home warranty, settlement date and time. All of our agents have access to and can advise you on current mortgage interest rates, financing options and local mortgage lenders.
